The rooms could definitely benefit from a serious renovation!!! Noise from the surrounding area made it hard to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep!!! The gym equipment needs maintenance to avoid constant disruptions during workouts!!!

The food was good with a variety each day and staff were super friendly. Also got to enjoy some amazing cocktails at the pool bar with quick service, really made the afternoons enjoyable.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain price but still acceptable.

The breakfast buffet was a feast of endless pancakes and local flavors! I also loved the evening entertainment and the warm vibes from the fun animacion staff, especially Tamara and Aldring.

I had an amazing time enjoying the adult-only rooftop pool with fine views of the mountains and the sea! 😍 The breakfast spread was nothing short of fabulous, serving freshly made omelettes and Prosecco every morning. And let’s not forget the diverse nightly entertainment, from bingo nights to live music that kept the atmosphere vibrant and fun!

I had a great time at this hotel! My previous stay in playa de las americas was good, but this place exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with freshly baked croissants and a smoothie bar that energized my mornings.

the wifi was spotty at times.
